we use assistance services.

But we noticed that there are some aspects that are difficult.

Especially if you need mobility assistance.

Passenger assistance at airports is difficult, unreliable, and complex.

Passengers must navigate through a variety of organizations to reach their flight. For some, this can be confusing and overwhelming, especially if they depend on coordination from those organizations for some assistance.

ToMo aims to provide a single contact to assist passengers throughout their journey.
